£599.00

Being able to help and teach people effectively is a key part of being a dog trainer. You’ll learn key communication and negotiation skills and you’ll learn how to handle yourself, how to control frustration and how to react to criticism. It will also teach you to have confidence in yourself and help you deal with imposter syndrome.

The main job of a dog trainer isn’t to train and handle dogs, it’s to train and handle human beings.

This course will cover all sorts of common problems and issues you’ll face with clients. How many of these have you faced?

Clients who might be resistant to your suggestions and ideas?

Clients who hog all your time?

Those who listen then do something completely different?

Those with passionately held beliefs that are the opposite of your own?

Clients who don’t practice between training sessions?

Those who want a magic bullet?

I’ve experienced all of these – many times! Which is the main reason I started to develop this course – these problems are common.

Over the years I’ve got better and better at managing them and helping people get the best out of their training, their dog and themselves. So I’m sharing what I’ve learned with you through this course.
